Acceptable use

You agree to use Zed Career only for lawful purposes — building your own CVs and job application materials. You may not use the service to impersonate someone else, upload content you do not have the right to use, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Plans and payments

Zed Career offers a Free plan alongside paid Starter and Pro monthly subscriptions, billed in Zambian Kwacha via mobile money (MTN, Airtel, or Zamtel) through our payment partners Elicate Pay and Jjuma Pay. Enterprise plans are available on request and are granted directly by our team. Paid plans unlock additional templates, AI credits, and features. Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law; you can cancel a monthly subscription at any time to stop future billing.

Your content

You retain ownership of the CV content and documents you upload. By using the service, you grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to provide the CV building, export, and AI-assisted features you use.

Service availability

We aim to keep Zed Career available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Zed Career after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
